Revelation 22, the last chapter of the Bible, is the culmination of God’s message to us from Genesis through the 22 books of the revelation of Jesus Christ.
God’s original intent, first expressed in Genesis 1:28 and often called the Kingdom Mandate, was to create a nation from the man, Abraham, from which His very seed would produce the messiah to reverse the original curse of sin. This nation was in its entirety to be a nation of kings and priests unto God—the Melchizedek Priesthood. Further sin reduced this priesthood to one tribe—that of Levi.
When Messiah Jesus came, He set in place a new priesthood of which He was, and is, the great High Priest. This is the Melchezidek priesthood as explained in Hebrews 7. Through Jesus, both men and women have been restored to the original intent of all—being priests and kings unto our God. We have life itself in abundance in the tree of Life which releases leaves for the healing of the nations.
Every curse will be broken and no longer exist. His loving servants will serve him; they will constantly see his face. They will reign as kings forever and ever. v3, 4,5
