Personal relationship-building conferences and seminars are held to teach and train throughout the year. They also work one-on-one with leaders, demonstrating how to release their vision and build God-breathed goals individually and 

for their ministries.

As educators and authors, Robert and Annette write books, shedding fresh light on God’s word to show the mission and message of Jesus. This includes an eight-book series on Reformation in the Twenty-first Century Church. Robert received his Doctor of Ministry degree in 2015 from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio, as a Randy Clark scholar, (Global Awakening). This adding of academic credentials, open doors in new areas for all alliance ministries.

The Stagmers have led statewide intercession for 18 years and now serve as the State Apostles for Maryland in strategic governmental prayer with the National Heartland Apostolic Prayer Network (HAPN) and as the state Generals for Reformation Prayer Network (RPN) led by Cindy Jacobs. Their extensive traveling throughout the year in Maryland builds relationships with leaders in the mid-Atlantic region while strengthening the statewide prayer army.

This culminates in annual gatherings as the state of Maryland called Maryland Prays. Apostles Robert and Annette have convened this state prayer assembly for the last 12 years in Annapolis, calling all 24 counties into One Seamless Garment of God’s heart for righteousness and justice.
